I do not understand why more people are not buying right now. With a large inventory, foreclosures on the rise and low interest rates you would think everyone would be buying right now!
I remember when I was purchasing Real Estate in 2004 properties were flying off the market. I would have loved to have this much inventory to choose from and the pries!
