I do not understand why more people are not buying right now. With a large inventory, foreclosures on the rise and low interest rates you would think everyone would be buying right now!
I remember when I was purchasing Real Estate in 2004 properties were flying off the market. I would have loved to have this much inventory to choose from and the pries!

They just search the correct properties. Someone is sold by fake one. The only thinking about their money loss. If you improve your business you will attract the people who wants the correct properties. In US we will see to forclosed properties and we will buy with the discounted. The people who deserve the property definitely they will purchase.
